How Many Miles Did You Get Out of Your Tires? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I am beginning to research new tires for my Pilot as I have about 42k on the OEM Bridgestones and will probably need to replace in the next year. I have been pretty happy with them.

I haven't seen a poll on this and with more of us getting significant mileage on our Pilots I wondered what kind of tire mileage everyone was seeing when the OEMs needed replacing.

I realize tire manufacturer and type has a significant effect on tire mileage but was looking for a ballpark number for members' Pilots.

My Goodyears were not worn all the way to the wear bars, but wet performance had deteriorated enough that I replaced them last Fall. There was no way they would make it through winter! If I lived in a warmer climate, I may have gotten closer to 40K out of them.

I dumped my OEM Bridgestone's with only 3k miles on them for a set of Michelin CT's. I've never done that before but couldn't have been more pleased with the ride not to mention of the look of the white letters.

Was well past 40 and heading for a good 50 to 60 when I got an unrepairable sidewall puncture.
