I live in No. VA. The best dealer I have dealt with is Miller Honda in Winchester. At this point I have purchased all but three of my Hondas from them. One was purchased from a private owner, and the other two were from the dealers listed below. I have now purchased 14 Hondas.
Sales experience is easy for me. I don't deal with the salesman. I just go to the manager. He usually cuts me a good deal, without any haggle. He also knows I know how to shop, so he doesn't give me a lot of crap.
Service: The service department at Millers is excellent at their work, but expensive (that's pretty much any dealer). I do most maintenance myself, and anything I can't tackle is done at AAMCO in Winchester (their mechanic was the head mechanic at Honda for years). I trust them.
Millers Parts: Excellent and helpful. If I have time to order cheaper, I will. Otherwise they are a good resource.
Now for some other dealers I have experience with.
Rosenthal in Vienna corner: These were the most difficult asses I have ever dealt with. One experience was all I needed. The service department was much nicer than the sales department. I will never return!
Leesburg Honda: Pretty good people. Expensive service department and parts, but I find this the norm for dealers. Excellent parts department also.
I order most of my parts from Majestic Honda. Case in point; I needed a new clutch master and slave for my son’s ’94 Civic. Dealer price was almost $250. I ordered it for $150, and these were OEM prices. |
