| I took the car in last Thursday to get the SRS light turned off among many other things and ended up paying $70 for this service. This is the third time I take it in for the SRS light and was not charged the first or second time so I was a little upset. The way I see it, there's obviously something wrong with my SRS system only this time I'm having to pay for the work. The funny thing was that they blamed me for it and said that my battery may have become loose at some point and set off the SRS lamp. What's even funnier is that for the corrective action part of the invoice they wrote "Loose battery. Tightened bolts". I think I would have known if my battery would have gone dead or just lose contact at some point since the settings on my head unit would have reset along with the AUTO function on the driver's window. I will be contacting Honda about this problem and hopefully get something done. I really hate to say this especially on this board but this Pilot is my first and definitely the last Honda I will ever own. I've had more problems with this thing than I had with my 87 Sentra. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. What to you guys/girls think? |
