Does anyone know where the a/c condensation line runs on the '05 Pilot?
My floor is wet UNDERNEATH the carpet on the front passenger's side. I would like to try simple fixes before taking it to the dealer.

Any help in locating the line would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Hutch

Here is the schematic drawing of a/c cooling unit. It's located behind the glove compartment.

Thanks, John! I'll crawl under the dash and see if I can figure out how to get to it.

Check this thread if you need to get behind the glove compartment.

heater core went out already huh. that sucks man. in order to change the heater core out in most vehicles, you have to take out the dash . and im not going to lie to you when i say this. IT SUCKS!!! your heater core shouldnt have gone out near this soon. have you been using honda OEM engine coolant?

I took the car to the dealer and they found the leak in the side panel where some cabling comes through. They gave me a rental car at no charge and had it fixed by the next evening.

I immediately washed the car and checked for leaks. They really did fix it!

This had nothing to do with the heater or A/C as was my first thought.

I'm happy again!

So what ended up being the problem? I'm having the same issue with mine, and it's killing me right now!!!

Why would that matter? Honda doesn't make coolant.

In this context he means the coolant that comes in Honda-labeled containers. The implication is that a non-Honda labeled coolant might precipitate a heater core failure.
