cobra 4500 navigation for less than $200???

I was checking on ebay and they have the cobra 4500 GPS for "BuyNow" <$200 and auction starting at <$50. The only problem is these are from sellers with less than 20 sales and shipped from China. Do you guys think this is a scam or a good deal.
a $1,000 unit for less than $200! WOW, great deal! :p
it comes from China, is outrageously underpriced, and the guy doesn't accept "the paypal". I feel cheated just for having viewed the auction!
seriously i would run far away from this. save your money.
