I just picked up an 06 EX-L NAVI and have been very happy. There are, however, a few things that I would like to do:

1) Hook up an iPod to the HeadUnit without using FM modulation.
2) Switch back and forth from the rear camera as needed --- and not just when in Reverse. I.e. to see how close the idiot behind me at a stop light really is.
3) Video input to the Navi screen and/or installation of DVD for rear passengers.

Any recommendations? I have seen some of the PIE interfaces, but don't see clear info on whether they support the 06 models yet.

FYI... I do have and use the 6-CD changer within the factory stereo. I don't want to give that up.

Thanks!

Awesome link! Thanks for that!!!!

One question though.... It's still very unclear to me whether I can have the audio input (iPod) coexist with the NAVI, the factory 6-disc changer, and the XM receiver. From what I have seen, it appears that I would have to remove one from the equation.

Also, the main thing that I really would like is access to rear camera when needed --- without having to shift into reverse. Is there some way to build in a toggle switch that would trick the NAVI to display when I want it?

Thanks for the feedback!!!!

Since there is a AUX button on the radio, you should be able to attach something to the back of the radio. If not a PIE adapter, some type of RCA aux adapter would probably fit. Just a guess
