Try removing them with the engine warm. Also never install sparkplugs without a little anti-seize on the threads.

Hi, there
By the way i did use anti-seize. But i just over tighten it. Any tips on taking it out without doing damage. I am afriad it will snap the sparkplug if i go to strong on them.

Make sure that the socket is seated on the plug, and try taking them off smoothly. If the wrench won't budge, tap the wrench just a bit while making sure the socket is seated - sometimes this tapping instead of a steady turn will act a bit like an impact wrench and break enough of the seal tension to loosen it up. Don't hit the wrench hard - tap it with another wrench or a screwdriver. If all else fails, bring it to a mechanic, tell them whatyou did - chances are they've removed them before...

1) get a good socket.

You might break the insulator on the plug, but you won't break the hex head, so don't worry.

2) Try a hot engine, and then cool the plug with some "freeze spray". First put some WD-40 or the like around the base to soak in when you cool the plug.

3) If you have the type of spark plug socket with a hex head at the back, try a tire cross bar wrench, so you can turn the plug without pulling to any side.

You will pull the threads out of the head (aluminum) before you hurt the plug, but that is not a good thing either.

Oh, by the way, Don't over tighten spark plugs! :)
