I have a 2006 Pilot EXL.
Picked it up 4/15/06
The Lumbar doesn't seem to work on my seat and the seat heater doesn't seem to really heat up.
I took it to the dealer today and they found no problems.
Anyone else have that problem or have any suggestions?

Rich - I have a 2005 EXL and also complained about the lumbar support appearing to not be working. This was based on comparing to 2004 and 2005 Odysseys, which have very obvious lumbar action. Dealer compared my Pilot to another Pilot and found then alike (i.e., no problem). If you press very hard on the bottom of the seat back you will feel it working, but its not anywhere near the Ody's. WRT the heating, I have had no problem feeling the heat and I live in Maine, where its cold. The only difference I can think of is the 06 has solid leather and the 05 is perforated (maybe lets more heat out?). Best of luck with your new Pilot - I love mine! |

Let the dealer know that you want to compare the lumbar support and seat heater with one or two other EX-L 06 on the lot. |

'05 has leather as well, isn't it. Perforated leather is on the side and on the door trim which is same as '06 I think. |

The leather on the seating surfaces of 05 and earlier Pilots is perforated, like the door leather on yours. The leather on the seating surface of the 06 is solid (i.e., not perforated). |
