Switching from Synthetic to Dino - Click HERE for Original Thread
helpless
I've had my Pilot for more than 2 years now and currently has 25k miles on it. I've used synthetic oil since its first oil change and up to the present (Mobil 1 5w-20). Will switching back to dino oil be harmful or possibly create problems in the long run? Just curious.

Unlikely it'll cause problems, but why the switch?

Availability.
Synthetic oil 5w-20 is not always available in our local stores.
If and when they sell it, its more expensive than the usual price.
The dino counterpart however is always available and more often than not has price breaks. Never on the synthetic oil.:(
