MP3 Cd's? EX-L with Nav - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hey all...

I'm looking to get an 2006 EX-L with Nav

Does the 6 disc cd player read MP3 discs? Or CDRs for that matter?

In my 2000 accord, support for cdr's is spotty at best (I know it's older).

thanks

No, it doesn't play MP3's. I wish it did though.

Yes, CD-R's seem to work fine.

CD-R will work fine if the music files are burned in the .WAV format.

some member reported CD-R that was originally from MP3 files has problem while playing (skipping). When I first saw that post, I didn't care much since I had many CD-R playing in my Pilot no problem at all.

But later I burned more CD-R from my laptop, I found out some of them does skip. I didn't spend much time trying to find if it's the media or my laptop or the software since my Sony MP3 player doesn't a great job playing them thruough my Soundgate AUX. ;)

I just dropped 30k for this thing and already I need....

- Hitch
- Ipod connector of sorts
- Running boards
- Some sort of rear entertainment solution
