I have a bad clunk when shifting from D to R and vice versa in a 2003 Pilot and a barely noticeable high-pitch noice during acceleration in every gear. I've been to a Honda dealership and had engine mounts replaced at a tranny workshop (they suspected the mounts were the reason for the clunks but they where wrong), and still don't know how serious this is and if I should do anything about it (the warranty has ended so I would need to pay for the repairs).
If anyone is from New York City area who knows Pilots and would agree to take a look at the car or allow to test-drive his/hers, I would appreciate if you let me know. |

I'm in the Princeton, NJ area, 'bout 40 miles from the City if you can't find anyone closer. I'm in the City next week on business but will be taking the train (as usual).
