If I had an '06 or if the manual was a sticky in the maintenance section do you really think I would be asking smart guy? |

| I believe it's inside the center arm rest. Remember seeing picture once, but can't find it. |

| This illustration from Majestic Honda shows you where the heating-a/c outlets are located. There are also outlets on the rear of the center console. Why the question? |

Sorry, but I thought you had an 06' w/RES.
If I understand your question, the rear air conditioning ducts are on the rear of the center console. |

| Sorry to all....I should have been more clear. I'm looking for the 115 Volt AC outlet.....not the AC vents. |

I don't think there is one, just 12v accessory plugs. There was one in my first RX 330 with a Rear Seat Entertainment System, but I do not recall one in my RES Pilot. |

It's a new feature in the '06 RES models. |

Honda.com is no help. They memtion that a 115v power outlet is "in the back" but aren't specific. It may be on the rear of the console, but this picture from honda.com is cropped too close. |

| You might want to PM ramirami and ask him to change the title of this thread, or start a new thread with a better title so someone with an '06 RES rear power 115v outlet is more likely to view and respond. |

The 115V AC outlet is inside the center armrest compartment. See attached photo from the owner's manual.

I haven't tried it yet, but I don't believe this power outlet can drive an AC electric motor. DC to AC power inverters are usually unable to do this.
So much for running a blender at football tailgates. :) |

From the Owner's Manual (page 102):
"Always run the engine when you use the AC Power Outlet. The maximum capacity for this power outlet is 115 Volt AC at 100 watts or less. If you use an appliance which requires more than 100 watts, it automatically stops supplying the power. If this happens, turn the ignition switch off and turn it on again.
NOTE: The AC Power outlet is not designed for electric appliances which require high initial peak wattage such as cathode ray tube type televisions, refrigerators, electric pumps, etc. It is also not suitable for devices that process precise data such as medical equipment or measuring instruments. Any appliances that require an extremely stable power supply such as microcomputer-controlled electric blankets, touch sensor lamps, etc., should not be connected to this outlet."
