I am a little obsessed with this. I do not know about pre 06 models. but looking through the service manual. Has anyone tried putting a RES radio (CD-Changer head unit) in a Navi 06 Pilot? If it does this may be a way to get the 'factory RES' in the Navi model. The harnesses would be fairly easy to fabricate.and all of the connectors are in the rear of the radio.
If anyone has or can try it.... does the Nav screen show the audio controls and information?

My other idea is trying to get the nav head unit to use the aux inputs w/o the dvd screen......... not sure if it will work w/o the GA bus connected though (from the dvd unit) |
