Has this happened to anyone?
Periodically, but often enough, the Nav., Radio, and interior cabin lights will just "blank out". Have to re-insert Nav code. Engine still running, dash board lights working. Get home or destination, turn off car(2006 MDX Touring)(I'm also registered with AcuraMDX.org but for some reason it won't let me post) This is my wife's car...I have 2004 Pilot EX-L w/ nav..and because these cars are so similar, thought I would post here to see if anyone had any ideas as to why this is happening. BTW, she had car into Acura...they said it was a short in the Nav screen...replace it....she picked it up this past Wednsday and within 12 hours, Bingo same problem.

never heard problem like that. could be more wire shorted somewhere else. :confused: |
