I need to get behind the radio on a 2004 Pilot with NAV and CD Changer.
Where do I start and where are all the mounting screws?
Any help is appreciated.

What are you trying to do? I have never heard of anyone talking out the dash.

Need to get behind radio to attach a Soundgate Interface for Sirius Satelite Radio. This will enable a direct connect through the cd changer input.

I realized that when I saw your other post. You just need to remove the radio and side panel and you will be fine. I installed a CD changer under the driver's seat and that is all that had to be removed to run the wiring.

To get you started, try this link. Pages 4 and 5 contain the information you need. Also as a future reference, use the search tool. There have been numerous posts with detailed instructions and pictures of what your trying to accomplish. |

Also....no need to start a new thread for the same topic. Just append the original one you started.

All stolen from Edog's thread:
This is from the instructions - you can see the outer trim is just clipped in. The inner trim is held on with 4 phillip screws.
This is a pic with the outer (silverish) trim removed. You can see the 4 screws holding on the inner (black) trim.
This pic shows the black trim removed, you can see the 4 screws holding the radio stack in.
You'll have to unplug the A/C controls to remove the radio this far.
Thanks to Edog for these pics - here's the whole thread:
