| Russ Darrow Honda in Milwaukee WI. Our experience was only so-so. The only reason we got our Pilot from them was because they offered the lowest price. The color wasn't our first choice, and they did a half-assed job prepping the vehicle for delivery (forgot mudguards, didn't clean rearview mirror, plastic in rear had white paint on it, some adhesive residue on front bumper). Plus we had a whistling noise that took 10 visits to fix. |

| They did an excellent job. Saleman was great, Sales manager was great. Finance person was not so great, but that didn't ruin the experience. |
