Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement

I am about to replace the Pads and Rotors on a 2003 Pilot EX. Can you recommend a good DYI manual or does anyone know the torque specs for the lugs nuts and caliper bolts. Also, the bolt that holds the rotor, do I tighten it by feeling the resistance of the hub as I tighten the bolt? Thanks to all.
