After having my camper parked at Jellystone Park ( www.wnyjellystone.com ) for the last 2 and a half months (first time we did a part season), it was time to say goodbye to this part of summer :)
Here's a parting shot of my boys :)
All loaded up and checking out......have to take the damaged awning off and repair it over the winter:
They weren't too excited about leaving ;)
Had enough time when I got home to take a really nice ride along the Lake Erie shore on Route 5 too. Here's a shot of my bike along the Niagara River near the Peace Bridge. High 70s and plenty of sun. Not a bad weekend!

Great day for a bike ride. I got out yesterday to look at some old Vintage bikes at a show down the road, then took the 150 mile long ride home when I was only 5 miles away direct.
I bet you end up selling the trailer and getting something else to keep you busier! |

That is a great looking family. Pretty soon you'll need a couple of PWCs [Hondas of course] and two of the PW50 Yamahas for your Boys. When my kids [two girls, one boy] reached eight years old they all had their own dirt bikes [two CR80s and one KX80]. I even bought my Wife an XR100 so that she could ride with them/me [which she enjoyed].
The Honda PWC are bullet-proof.
Riding dirt bikes and PWCs are good for developing their "judgement skills".
Enjoy them now, they grow fast....

That is identical to my PW50 except the gas cap on mine has a circular crack all the way around it [I'm having a hard time finding/replacing it]. I also have a '94 CR250 [my race bike] and two of the Vento Phantom scooters [actually motorcycles since they are 150 cc].
I still have almost all of my kids bikes too, ['93 CR80], ['91 CR80], [Wife's '87 XR100], my Son sold his CR125 that had a Woody Kyle racemotor.

I don't have any pics hosted on the web but mine is platnum/blue/black with a Merc 2.5/15" race midsection. My boat also has the ability to do Bat-Turns on demand, which is where I can drop the bow the bow at 65+, let it snag, and the boat will spin on it's nose at least a 360. You pull about 5Gs of force in the cockpit and it's very exciting [but over in 1/2 a second].
You should go to the YMCA and learn to swim [along with your family] so you can enjoy a PWC too. My oldest used to teach swimming/lifesaving there. The new ones [PWC] are a rocket [mine is a 165 HP turbocharged Honda] but Kawi is just introducing a new 250 HP supercharged.
Be careful of the three wheelers, they have a tendency to climb up the back of your legs when you put the down [in front of the wheels]. My Cousin was a pioneer Kidney transplant Surgeon and when three wheelers were popular [before the CPSC banned them], they were the top source of children's kidneys.

You have a really great looking family, what a blessing. Do you have a place to ride trails/MX that is convienient?
When we were looking for houses 30 years ago, I chose mine due to having a MX track [that I rode as a child] at the end of my street. Now it is a subdivision [but thats life in Florida]. We ruined my front lawn [grass] by washing dirt bikes [daily] on it and I also maintained all the other kids's mx bikes in the neighborhood. We used to practice sometimes with young Ricky Carmichael, Damon Bradshaw etc... at Reddick Fl [which was embarrassing].

Just kidding, what a great family you have. They must have a blast with all the dirt bikes and the projects you have on the go. I can just see your wife rolling her eyes at the start of all these new "ideas".

I am glad you enjoy toys, but you certainly don't won't to be anything like me.
My company views my "Key Man" life insurance policy as a "Sure" investment and my Wife is "impervious" to my many hobbies after 10 consecutive sports related surgeries.
My 20 year-old mind is still trashing my 52 year old body.
I am like you, I LIKE snowmobiling also [but extreme], I DON"T LIKE trying to roll over a overturned 400# sled on a steep rutted slope at 11,000 feet MSL [feels like I am having a heart attack].
I also was used to doing some extreme skiing until I ruined the cadaver ligaments [again] they reconstructed my knees with. Even so, year-before-last I made a 68 MPH and a 84.6 MPH [measured by my Garmin RINO 120 GPS in my pocket] consecutive runs at Breckenridge [thought I was going to pull a "Sonny Bono" on the second run]. The speed runs are all I can usually do anymore, my knees won't handle the double diamond mogul runs.
My Son is following somewhat in my footsteps, he's a pretty extreme snowboarder and a fantastic wakeboarder, even with a newly reconstructed knee. He and his Wife just bought a new Moomba "Gravity Games Edition" wakeboard boat [nice, but too slow to be any fun].
The airscooter is next when they are released. I was going to buy a float equipped ultra light [since I sold my interest in a couple of SEL aircraft] but I have gotten too heavy to fly [6' x 235 #] in the ultra light with my 100# wife [who still likes almost all of my hobbies, even cave diving].
