i use meguiar's leather conditioner wipes. they're good, the only thing i don't really care for is they make your seats shiny, so i usually wipe them down with a cloth afterward to get the excess off.

I've also used Meguiar's leather cleaner and conditioner ( the kind that comes in a bottle..no wipes) and it doesn't make the seat as slick. I've used it on my other car's leather for 6 years and it still looks like new.
The reals secret to keeping leather seats in good condition is to wipe them down once a week with a damp cloth. Too much conditioner/cleaner will "hurt the hide" as they say. I condition my seats once a year with the Meguiar's stuff.
