Did anyone knows which manufacturer produce the pink liquid the dealer use to clean the showroom cars? I have seen the cleaning people at the car show use the same stuff. Any idea?

i've seen it too, but have no clue where to buy it or what its called. maybe you should ask your dealership?

I saw some pink stuff for sale at Curry Honda in Atlanta. I bet it was your stuff. Maybe try them if your dealer doesn't sell it.

Works very well.....

Liquid Lustre (yes, lustre)

They are/were from Toccoa, GA 30577
1-800-458-7873

This bottle is REALLY old, so old that it doesn't have an internet address on the bottle. But a google should give lots o' info.

It's the stuff you see at auto shows where the demonstrator is dripping acid or setting a car hood on fire to show how tough this stuff is:eek:

I hear a shot of Liquid Lustre protects against heartburn. Take it before you eat spicy food...

Or maybe it is for constipation - get the old bowels moving again on a fireproof, acid proof coating of carnuba wax.....

I am pretty sure that it is not the "Liquid Lustre!"

I have found Liquid Lustre to be quite useful at removing tar and other junk. One of my cars had a sticker from the dealer on the truck lid. I removed the sticker but of course all the gummy stuff was left. A bit of Liquid Lustre just ate right through it.

The pink liquid may be Zaino. I use it on my Prowler and it gives a deep color and wet look. Zaino has about a dozen different products, but the "wax" or "polymer" shining product is pink. It also does not leave a white residue (on the spots you miss buffing) like wax does a week or two after you have waxed a car. I just bought my Pilot recently, but plan to use Zaino on it as well.

I don't think the Adam's detail spray is the one . . . Zaino??? I am thinking the pink liquid is from the commerical use Mequaire's???? Correct???

Check RIGHTLOOK.COM for the Cherry Premium Wax. That's the closest I can think of.

It's really close! Do they have a quick detailer type of luquid? Wax only? I don't think the car show guys are using wax to remove the finger prints. Any comments?
