| Good selling point. Only problem is, you have to buy a Chrysler to get it. I've gotten at least 137,000 miles from every car I've owned but I never needed a major repair to the power train. If they want to impress me, they should offer a lifetime warranty on the cheesy crap that always breaks a week after the warranty runs out like the power windows, AC, window washer pump, etc. |

It does only apply to the original owner. They are trying to convince people who buy Hondas/Toyotas for long term reliability that Chrysler will cover them for that long term also. SRTs are a different market - performance over longevity. And I think SRTs sell pretty well without having to extend the warranty. |
