I've been looking high and low for this car. My current vehicle needs replacing soon, and I was hoping that I would be able to get a good year-end deal on one of these. The problem is that Honda didn't make a lot of these.
I've checked with all the local dealers in my area and none of them have it in stock. One of the dealers even tried to do a locate within 200 miles and didn't find anything.
Anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to find one? Most of the sites that I've been to that allow me to send quotes to dealers required me to enter a zip code and only displayed dealerships nearby (less than 100 miles away).
I know it might be tough finding one with the 2008s out, but they don't offer a V6 MT on the 2008 model. |

So I went into Autotrader.com and looked within 200 miles of me for New 2007 Honda Accords. You get a list of dealers, and you sort of have to poke through each dealer's listing to see what they have - but after a couple of minutes I ran across one (for example) in NY that had one http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.j...ce=&cardist=191
So you might take this approach to finding one...

| You might also try www.vehix.com as they list inventory with participating dealers. Use the advanced mode and use any distance and you will find many Accord V6 MT's....just need to sort out an EX-L in the bunch, if there is one. I did see a couple of EX-L MT's at my local dealer while waiting for my front brakes to be replaced, but these were 4cyl models. I hope you are successful in your search. |

Well, I ended up getting an AT last night. The only new MT I found was a demo car w/ 6k miles about 230 miles away.
The dealer wouldn't trade with a local dealer nor would he come down in price.
So, I settled for a brand new 2007 Honda Accord EX-L V6 AT for less money than the MT.
Thanks for the replies. |
