Oh Yeah!!! Spy Hunter Style! LOL! :D
Thanks for the compliment! Here's what I'm thinking about doing.
I got a hold of one of these not sure if it would fit:

It's a lil Rice... I know, but I think it would be somthing different and cool!
Anyways, it's for a Civic EP3 front and compared to our front badge, it's smaller. It actually fits within the outer ring of the emblem with about 10-20 mm gap on the top and bottom if you center the red badge above the stock. Compared to the rear, it's slightly bigger. not by much but I'd have to see it test fitted to really see if that difference matters. I don't think it would.
Downside to this emblem is unlike our stock badges, it relys on tape instead of a screw to be kept in place. So I gotta figure out how to mount one of these on the front so that it's solid. The rear should be fine, but I'm not found of adhesives on paint, especially if one day, Honda decides to make ones for Pilots!
It'd be way better if Honda made ones specifically for the Pilot. If they did, I'd go for the black instead of red or even better carbon fiber!
I'll post pics as soon as I can. I gotta work nights for a while starting tonight and won't be able to work on the ride as I'd like. |

Looks GREAT! I just sourced the same wheels and looks like I can get a set of 18s with tires shipped for under a grand. I too was swayed by the others with those Falkens, and now you! I hate to be a 'follower', but those wheels are beautiful. Are you going to throw in the center caps or try to source some oems that fit?
Again, way to go! |

Thanks Flyimports,
Having examples to look on is a plus because we knew how the rims looked on our pilots before we even bought them. The Pilots we're following are great examples of what to do to a Pilot. Josey92's Pilot is simply amazing! My other choice was TSW Thruxtons because of the lip on them and I also saw someone on this forum that has those rims on a white Pilot. Everything else I liked was out of my price range. Koblenz look awsome for the affordable price!
I haven't really thought about the center caps yet but thanks for bringing that up. I'm definitely going to throw in the OEMs if they fit.
Good Luck with your wheels! |

| Thanks, BoomerSooner! Any future upgrades for your ride and have you considered changing the center cap to OEM or something that fits as well? |

Hi bgood, I have also been considering a front grill for my Pilot, I've considered the cloud-rider inserts, but the billet grille is really catching my eye right now. I haven't really decided on it yet. I'm leaning towards the billet grille. |

Billet Grille like the one on Josey92's look sick! Can't find them anymore! When I wanted to get that Casey's Customs was no longer on Ebay. I guess that's why I'm gonna mess with the badge instead. I got 2 days off so I'll be working with the front and rear to see if that badge fits nicely! |

Hello flyimports,
Your Grills look very nice. Where did you get them and how hard were they to install, did you have to take the bumper off or anything like that? |
|
|

| Yeah, the bumper needs to be removed. I actually removed it twice. I bought and installed the upper grill, then decided to do the lower as well a few weeks later. Neither of them fit like I feel like they should, but I'm still making adjustments. I had to purchase them from 2 different manufacturers, but they match pretty well. |
