It appears to be based on the CRV. RH drive so, maybe it's only sold in the UK.

Has bluetooth. Roof rails are built in, instead of mounted onto the roof. Should help with road noise. Hopefully the nav system is not based on WinCe (funny how it's abbreviated as wince.)

No, it is the Japanese replacement for the Element.

This is correct, as I sid earlier. JDM = Japanese Demoestic Market. Uk, Japan, Australia and a few remaining British terrirories are the only places I know of still using Right hand drive.
