| I am getting ready to buy some new tires for the 2004 Pilot. What experiences are you folks on the board having with tires. I will need all season and have been considering the Goodyear Fortera Triple Tread for a butt load of money.:2: |

Moved to "Tires and Wheels".
(and FWIW, I'm planning to install the Triple Tred on my CR-V before next winter - just not sure if it will be the "Assurance" or the "Fortera" version)

| The Fortera gets a much better rating on ice than the Assurance does. That's why I am leaning to the Fortera. Lots of ice where I live. |

Looks like 8.2 compared to 7.9. Not real significant, but it is better. The Fortera gives up some for treadwear.
Both are good choices, IMO. |
