Hello everybody. I am a recent owner of a beautifull 2003 Honda Pilot. I would like to know if someone can help me to find a user guide for my car, and a manteinance book, for can know what and when do I have to do it.

For the service manual, yes, there are after market books you can buy like Haynes. But, none of them are even close to the quality and completeness of the factory service manual.
You can buy the service manual for your car directly from the publisher for $70 plus shipping and maybe sales tax:
