Yup, easy as pie. Take a look in the maintenance sub-forum for all the DIYs. Welcome to hp.org!

I changed my tranny fluid last Saturday. I couldn't believe how easy it really was. The hardeast pat was getting the drain bolt off. Since I bought my Pilot used, it appeared that the fluid had never been changed. But it was surprisingly easy. Just pop the bolt, let it drain, put the drain bolt back with new washer, and fill up. Done. The biggest pain is the set up and clean up.

Just follow the DIY posts here in the Maintenance Forum.
