I`m just wondering if Weathertech gives out free installation parts if you email them?
I ordered a bug guard and I lost 2 palstic screws. I emailed them but hasn`t replied back. Do they just mail it to me without replying that they received my email? |

I emailed them and they replied that they would send what I needed.
I gave them the order number (abouts 6 months old) and they sent the stuff straight to me.:4:
I had another order last week that came in with one of the window deflectors broken and one scratched.
I called and they sent replacements out the same day.:)

I just got a response from Weathertech, and telling me they`d mailed
the parts that i needed. WOW!
Free of charge! :D

I received the replacement window deflectors on Fed-Ex today.:)
I talked with them Wednesday morning (4/30) and they arrived today.(5/2) so I would say that is pretty good service.:2:
