What do you think about Certified Series BMW?
I started out thinking about a nice new Civic LX. Good mileage, reliability. Then I started looking around and can get a used 2007 Camry LE for the same type of money. So, still a great car but a little bigger, better for my daily highway commute. So, now that I'm looking slightly used...well I can look at a certified series BMW now. The honda and the toyota both only have warranty until 80,000km. The certified series BMW comes with 6 year, 160,000km warranty. |

| I believe it's 6 years and 100k miles in the US. This is from the original in service dated and doesn't cover service after 50k mles. A CPO BMW can be a good deal because of the warranty extention. Just remember to do the maintainance and some servicing is quite expensive. However, you will be driving (or should be driving) a nice car. What model are you considering? |

| Don't CPO BMWs have the free maintenance thing too? |

| I'm not positive but I don't think so. The OEM warranty does but the CPO does not. That's why people can extend the OEM warranty but have to purchase an extended service plan as well. |
