I lost (or child "misplaced") the set of 4 protective tapes that is included with the sunroof deflector (a set of 5 of the same protective tapes is included with the front hoot air deflector).
These are the transparent strips that protect the body paint from the metal clips for the deflector. Honda doesn't sell these separately (would cost $60 for a new hardware kit which includes the tapes).
Does anyone have any extras (that I could buy from you) or know where I could buy something similar? I know that owners with the Clearbra or Clearmask on the hood sometimes bypass using the protective tapes and might have a set available.

Not sure quite what these tapes look like, but they might be a 3m product. Wilson wong ( pilotpads@msn.com ) might be the right guy to help you. You can also buy inserts for the cupholders and other items from him that really do make a difference. |
