| Getting ready to DIY complete system including both coolers. Are there any pictorials showing 04 wire harness and cooler installation ? Hitch look straight forward enough. Stupis question are the PSOC and TOC cooling loops independent ? If so they have to be topped of individually after job is complete ? |

| I'm pretty sure there are thread with pics, but the kit should have come with instructions that are pretty easy to follow. Yes, you'll have to top off the transmission fluid, and probably the PS fluid too. I'm not sure about that one because I only did the tranny cooler on my 05. |

| Your right !! I installed the 04 version of the wiring harness last night and the provided instructions were fantastic. Everything went as planned. Hoping to put main hitch on tonight. |

| Please let me know how it goes with the rest of your install...I'm planning to add the full package, coolers and all to my 2004 next weekend. Any tips would be appreciated. I read about someone adding Transmission fluid through the dipstick hole - is that correct? Is there no proper filler tube? |

Fully installed trailer hitch last night, my only recommendation would be to inspect the threaded mount points on the frame before starting. I had to clean the threads throughtly to remove accumulated rust. After that it was a brezze. I used jack stands to hold it in place. Finally, the first two smaller bolts would not bite due to the shape of hitch, so I tightened the one above it to straighten the L-shaped location, then backed it off.
Expecting coolers by 6/3 from HandAaccessories. |

| Have you done the coolers yet? Wondering how the fascia removal went. Is it obvious which ATF line is the correct one? Look forward to the update. |

Finally got around to installing TO and PSO coolers early this week. No major issues. It was a bit dicey removing the bumper assy as it need a good tug to get it off after dis-engaging the sides.
Cooler assembly was a breeze with instructions provided, broke 1 clip removing lower air shield. Entire assembly went back together with no issues. Topped off PSO res after purging system and used large syringe to top off transmission through dipstick sleeve. Very pleased with entire process, must congratulate Honda on aftermarket instructions and design.
Going boating this weekend with my newly modified Pilot, yeah !!! |
