Here's a link for the procedure for the Odyessy:

I followed this for my 2004 Pilot and it was exactly the same. The 3 screws can be removed with an 8mm socket. A flexible extension on a 1/4" socket wrench makes it easy to get to the screw in the corner, but not essential.
Cheers!

Thanks a million.
Quick question any hints how to remove the right front door sill, the door opening
trim and the kick panel? Is it like held by clips?
Cheers

Look for the thread "DIY Cabin Filter Replacement" by Hondaman2 in the Maintenance area of this forum. It starts with pictures of how to take off the sill. I just grabbed it and pulled it up (gently). Then peel off a few inches of the trim/weatherstrip adjacent to the kick panel, remove the black plug on the bottom of the kick panel (pry it off with a flat screwdriver) and pull the kick panel off.
While you are at it, you should replace the cabin filter as long as you're taking the kick panel off. It makes taking the glove box out a cinch.
