My wife crushed one of my Aries nerf bars on a high curb at a gas station - oops! Had to buy a new pair and wanted more of a straight tube look and couldn't use the same holes as with the Aries because the crushing also deformed one of the chassis holes containing a bracket.
Found the chrome Raptor bars at overstockaccessories.com, an ebay store. Actually the nice folks at Raptor recommended Mike at overstock. Bars are 4 inch oval with chrome welded ends instead of black plastic which I didn't like. The mounting was a breeze and the bars look great. (I'll try to send a picture when able). They look similar to stock bars only beefier. Mike at overstock was easy to work with, everything done exactly as promised. The pair was 250.00 to the door. |
