Hello

I purchased an 06 Pilot 2wd this past feb, today my wife called me and said a wrench Icon just came on and we have no idea what it means. Any help would be appreciated.

That's just a maintenance reminder.

Did your Pilot come with an Owner's Manual???

That's the Maintenance Minder (MM) message saying that it's time for a routine servicing. You can read about this in your service manual. You can read more about this on-line here: https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis...0606O00228A.pdf

And, when you look up the service code it may be something like "A16." When you look it up you'll see that the "6" means it's time to replace your VTM-4 fluid. But, you (and I) have a 2wd Pilot and we don't have a VTM-4! You can ignore the "6." This happened to me and is a known minor bug in the MM system.

Later,
Larry.

Thanks, I appreciate your comments. We've only owned GM's and naturally when an icon appeared it was for the worst, It's nice to know it's just a maintanance reminmder.

Thanks,
Fdiphill
