Important! Last night I went to lock my 06 Pilot with the fob and it would not lock. I tried mine and the wifes fob neither one would work. I called the dealership that is 56 miles away and they said bring it in. "The problem most likely is the remotes :1: are bad. :confused: :confused: ".
My vehicle is no longer under warranty so they will have to charge me to look at it.
Well I thought thinking to myself I better check the net first. VOILA! The very first sentance in instructions of a Reprogramming a Honda remote is to ensure your doors are securely closed. DAH! Low and behold the rear passengers door on passenger side was not closed all the way. I proceeded to close door and check Fob. Ta Dah!!!, everything is working fine.

The dealer suggested both remotes went bad simultaneously???
Time to find a new dealer...
