Hey all... I just got a Pilot and I have already used the forums extensively to learn about my car... I am having problems searching the forums though...
Here is an example: I search for oil filter and six threads show up in the results (none of which have oil filter in the thread title)... Then I search for just "filter", 41 threads come up, including one with the string "oil filter" in the title!!
What am I doing wrong?? This has happened more than once with different topics. I tried doing the advanced search, searching with AND between the two words, and searching in quotes, and it still doesn't make a difference.

It's not you. Well, it might be you but it's not just you. :D Welcome to the forum, congrats and good luck with your new Pilot.
Yes, the search function sucks. You can't do any kind of advanced search (Boolean, regular expressions, etc.) and I think the field is limited to 25 characters.
Use Google (and this can be used for any public website). Just go to Google and enter:
site:hondapilot.org search_term |
