We had our first trip with our new Pilot Touring Edition... We put 2000 kms on it...
Driving the Pilot was very easy especially with the navigation system. Originally we were not going to get it; but I wanted the Touring edition; so opted for it... The system is very integrated and intuitive... Very useful for random detours along the trip. The system was very good in the underground Boston tunnels.
Gas mileage was great too... avg about 12-13L per 100 kms on the trip...
Here are some photos of us in Gloucester, MA.

| Glad to see you found the GPS user friendly. I have a Sterling Grey on order. Presently using a Garmin portable which is great and was a bit worried the Honda unit may be disappointing. Are you using the bluetooth hands free? How about hooking up an i-Pod? |

I have by Blackberry Pearl linked to the Pilot/Navigation via bluetooth; the neat feature is that I can browse/make calls via the nav screen and for locations that are selected.
Ipod connectivity is great too; the screen is used to display ipod track information and XM radio info.
The first pic is myself and my wife; second of our friends. |

The Honda navigation unit is very good. IMO it is better than the Garmin portable units. The only drawback is the Pilot Nav unit doesn't provide some useful real time information, such as trip time, current speed, etc. |

Personally, i haven't seen or used any aftermarket GPS system that works better and is easier to use than the factory honda system. i'm not sure if they changed the 09's software and interface, but honda really did a great job with their navigation systems. |
