I got tired of the controller sitting in the center console and finally decided to mount it. I chose to put it above the rearview mirror. The wiring is run above the headliner and behind the a-pillar cover. I dropped the glove box to run the wire to the center console. The control box is located under the center console, about even with the front mount of the passenger seat.

The controller is secured to the windshield with a suction cup mount. I'm looking around for something better and a bit smaller, but it will do for now. I can reach the buttons easily while driving and the remote works ok. If I can mount the controller a bit closer to the windshield, the remote will work better.
