i have a 2007 bought 10/2006.
july 4 weekend i received a gray screen on the nav unit with:
"DVD Disc Read Error. Please consult your dealer" I happened to take a picture with my phone for S & Gs...
took it in 7/11. no errors for the 40 min drive to dealer, nor for the dealer either. i then sent the picture to the service rep i was working with after they told me no problem was found.
once they got the picture it was quickly decided to replace the unit....... should be in tues or wed this week.
hope this helps someone else with the same problem. |
