| I hear a strange noise coming from under the dashboard, mostly near the glove box but now has moved more to the center and drivers side. The noise only occurs when the ac is on and when I apply the brakes (as if there is water inside moving forward as I stop). It almost sounds like there is water "sizzling" inside. 2003 Pilot. Any Ideas?? |

| It appears that the noise was coming from water building up from the ac and not draining out. I found that the drain hose in the rear (actually more in the middle underneath) of the Pilot was clogged. Its not really a hose that you would recognize. Its more like a "nipple" closed together to keep out debris. After squeezing it, some gunk came out with a whole lot of water. Took it for a test drive with the ac on, noise was gone. Hope this helps someone out there. thanks. |
