I'm a new Pilot owner, and I've heard that in general Honda Dealers are terrible in the customer service department. I don't know the specifics, but would like to know what to look for and watch out for in the dealers.
Also, it would be nice to get input on which dealer or specialist would be best to take my Honda for maintenance and repairs.
I've recently noticed that the car has noticeable vibration in the steering wheel when driving near and over 70 mph. I'm guessing it's alignment.
Also, the Pilot has 32k Miles and has only had basic maintenance, oil change and tire balance rotation. Anyone have recommendations on service? It's a 2wd model. Also noticed the owner's manual doesn't really give me recommended service info.
Any input is appreciated.

| Does the President's award carry any real weight? Was wondering if it means their maintenance service is considered good against a specific standard or if it's a regional thing, at least on dealer gets it. |
