Installed 2009 Optional Grille - Click HERE for Original Thread
LeedDog
I had the accessory grille installed in my 2009 Dark cherry pearl Touring today. I think it looks very classy and much better than the stock grille. I think Honda should have made this grille part of the Touring package.

it is the same grill. it looks better covered up:(

OK...someone needs to make an aftermarket grille that looks like that. I love my touring, except for the grille it came with!
Urabus
Is it the black colour you like? You could buy that accessory grille and then paint it :D.

Or you could buy that grille and the front bra and your Touring would look just like the picture you posted ;).

There are several ways to improve it. Somehow painting out some of the chrome but leaving the Honda logo alone would be good
marcw
Urabus- Like the look of that but dont like the bra.

Rocky- that looks perfect! Seems it would be super easy for one of the aftermarket places to make this...just need some black mesh material and attach the honda logo in the middle??

The look is clean and uncluttered...works for me! :4:

Be even cheaper to mask off the bits you don't want to paint, then a little careful use of black paint and voila!!

Ok, I just ordered this:

Should be an easy project. Planning on just going all black mesh with the Honda logo in the center.

You are cruel!:D

No offense, but it looks like a throw back to the Edsel. The TOV picture has understated class. The body of the vehicle though is another matter requiring a complete overhaul for the design team. It is just horribly awkward looking from the body lines and creases to the window detailing. I think the only best part of the exterior is the back end.

I bet Don Willems likes this Acadia-like grill on the Pilot. :p

I had my local Honda Service Department do the install. It took about an hour. Looks like they did a good job - everything seemed to fit - nothing cracked or broken. They put the stock grille in the cargo area. I'm not sure what I will do with it.
