vibrating type noise... - Click HERE for Original Thread

I have an 03 pilot with about 85K miles. A week or so ago I noticed a slight vibrating/humming sound that usually lasted a minute or so once I started driving, but was very subtle. Now the sound begins once the pilot starts but still only lasts few a minute or so.

I hate calling the dealership since they always seem to not be able to identify the problem. I know I will have to call them sooner than later, but was hoping for a little insight first...thanks!

I have the same problem with my 2008 model. Around 800 rpm and around 1500 rpm there is a audible vibration through the car that seems to come from the rear and is more of a oscillating noise than a vibration. It sounds like a low rider has come up beside me with a super subwoofer system. My wife is blind and this sound greatly disturbs her as her ears are her eyes and this creates a wash of white noise. Of course when I went to the dealer it wasn't doing it and they had never heard of such a thing. It can do it both with the air on and with the air off, though I hear it more with the air on. When still, if I open the door, the oscillation stops, so it is some type of vibration going through the car body.
Has anybody heard of such a thing?
Thanks!
David
