It sounds like a blown fuse to me too. Are you sure you checked all of the fuses? There's a fuse box on both the driver and passenger side.
Here's the section from the 2003 manual with fuse info:

Look on pages 356 & 357. I would double check fuse 9 under the hood and fuse 11 on the passenger side.

| You can usually find a cheaper older version on ebay. The latest version really isn't always the best. |
