I've always used Honda ATF in all my Honda's but the last trans flush done on my 03 Honda Pilot they used Mobil One ATF.
Is this safe for my transmission? |

| Nope, I believe that all Pilot trannys require Honda ATF-Z1. |

I spoke today with an engineer and he sent me a data sheet for Mobil One Synth ATF. The sheet list all specs for what manufacturer's OEM oils match Mobil One's or vice versa.
Mobil One Synth ATF is compatible and meets all specifications for Acura and Honda Z1 fluid according to Mobil. |

That isn't what the spec sheet on the Mobil 1 Website says (below). It doesn't mention Honda at all and only mentions Dexron/Mercon compatibility.
