I found a 2003 pilot with about 93,000 miles, is this a lot of miles for a pilot? We have had an 2002 Accord with 115K miles it was just starting to break in and we were hoping the same would be true with a pilot.
I found this site by searching to find out what a tow package entails and how I could do it myself. I found some pretty nice stuff here that I hope will help me, if we do decide to purchase.

At 93k, you are very close to the 105k timing belt change that will cost $1k at a dealer
GIven that the 03s had the tranny trouble best be cautious, but I know 03s with 130k and original tranny so guess it depends:) |

We had thought about that, I called the dealer today and they do it for $675, BUT we are going to take it to the dealer and and have it checked to see if it had been through the recalls or not, if not then they will do the tranny and timing belt etc. etc. Supposedly there are 6 recalls that this has gone through that the dealer will still honor. But we'll see, BTW we ended up getting it and my wife is thrilled. |
