Greetings...
My CR-V and Element each had two tie-down (towing) hooks under the front of the vehicle with one on each side so my straps went in an upside-down V from each corner of the vehicle to the bow of the kayak; however, my 2008 Pilot only seems to have one frame "hook" in the center.
Do folks use that center hook for straps to hold down the front of a kayak, canoe, lumber, or whatever else might extend over the front hood of the Pilot or are there other/better places to tie-down a kayak or whatever at the front?
