Front Driver's Seat - Click HERE for Original Thread

I am the second owner of a 2005 Honda Pilot EXL. I originally owned a Pathfinder when the nasty oxygen sensor issue popped up. I like the Pilot, it has a dark tan interior with heated leather seats... perfect for winters on the East Coast.

My problem came up when I took the Pilot for a long ride. I realized that the leather seats have very soft foam padding, much softer than the cloth seats. My back needs support that the buttery soft foam does not provide. I have driven a relative's Pilot for many hours on another trip and did not experience any problems.

Is it possible that the leather seats could have the foam replaced or is this a difference between Pilots that I was unaware? Has anyone else experienced such a problem?

There was some discussion awhile back on Dealers tightening the leather on the seats because it was loose. You may try getting yours to look at it and ask them to look at the cushioning too.
