New User, Needs Help Connecting Audio controls to after market stereo - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hi,

I'm very glad this forum is here. I was looking for help connecting my pilot steering wheel audio controls to my after market stereo. I have a Pioneer Avic-n4 and an 03 Steering wheel.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
shahram72
There's no direct connection, you need to use a PAC adaptor. I have seen them on ebay and Crutchfield also has them. I am planning on using one myself when I install a new stereo in my '04

PAC claims it works with the 2004. It better, as I am installing it this weekend. Speaking of which. Does anyone know what color or pin location the steering wheel lead is? You just splice the white PAC lead into it yes?

Thanks:

New to the forum and there is lots of good information here.
