Wondering if the latest MDX TPMS sensor will work on the '09 Pilot. Looking at some MDX wheels with sensors and would rather keep mine intact.

Part #s:
'09 Pilot TPMS sensor- 42753-STK-A03
'08 MDX TPMS sensor- 42753-STK-A02

Stands to reason they would be interchangable. Anyone?

TIA

I am pretty sure if you remove TPMS from the pilot wheel and install them on the mdx wheel it should work. Done it with 08 Civic Si.

Naturally that would work. The question is if the MDX sensor will work on the Pilot. This saves me from having to take apart the stock tire and wheels.

Talked to both a Honda and Acura parts guy and they both think it should work fine. Gonna give it a shot and see what happens.
